
Judy Rochelle Ochsner graduated from the University of Louisiana, Monroe in 1982 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She then went on to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing, specializing in women’s health, from Virginia Commonweath University in Richmond, VA in 1994. Upon graduating from the University of Louisiana, Judy commissioned into the United States Navy from 1982 to 1988. Following her active duty career in the US Navy, Judy served in the US Naval Reserves from 1989 to 2005, where she retired as a Commander after 22 years of service.
Judy moved to Savannah in 1994 with her late husband, Gage, and two sons, Trey and Matt. Judy’s experiences include Memorial University Medical Center from 1995 to 1997 and then in 1997, was the first nurse practitioner hired by OBGYN Associates of Savannah, where she remains under our new practice name.
Her hobbies include gardening, fitness, cooking, hiking, and being outdoors. Judy now has two wonderful daughter-in-laws, Piper (Trey) and Hagan (Matt), and three grandchildren, Rawls and Gage (Trey) and Libba (Matt) with another grandson due in December 2021. She and her partner, Casey, currently reside on Isle of Hope.
