Before your first visit, we will need you to download, print, and fill out new patient registration forms. By filling these out at home, and bringing them with you to your first visit, you will be able to save time in the office filling out paper work.
Please note that if you have gone 3 years or more since your last visit to Savannah ObGyn, you are considered a new patient, and will need to fill out patient registration forms.
Savannah ObGyn is part of the CIGNA Care Designation program, which enables us to offer discounts to patients covered under CIGNA.
We also accept Aetna, Ambetter, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Care Network, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, TriCare Select (and Prime on referral), and United Healthcare. If your plan is not listed, we may still be providers. Please call the office for further information.
While we have privileges at both St. Joseph’s/Candler and Memorial, however, we are only accepting new patients who can go to St. Joseph’s/Candler. All surgeries and births will be performed at Candler Hospital.
