Morgan Whelan, WHNP is a Savannah, GA native and is thrilled to be a part of the Savannah OBGyn team. Morgan felt called to healthcare from a young age and realized her passion for Women’s Health while shadowing the Maternal Fetal Medicine team at Memorial Hospital. She proceeded to pursue her dream and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia College and State University (GCSU). Morgan’s nursing experience includes Labor & Delivery as well as fertility nursing at a Reproductive Endocrinology office. She received a Master of Science in Nursing at GCSU. She is NCC-certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Morgan is an active member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH) and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). She is committed to providing both compassionate and evidence-based care to all.
Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In her free time, you can find her at coffee shops, trying new restaurants, and the local farmer’s market. Her hobbies also include spending time at the beach, yoga/Pilates, traveling, and cooking.
