Dear Patients,
We are excited to welcome Dr. Sarah Skinner to Savannah OBGYN, PC. Dr. Skinner is the granddaughter of Dr. Dekle. She grew up in Savannah and graduated from Savannah Christian. She attended Mercer University and Mercer Medical School. She did her OBGYN residency at the University of Tennessee Memphis. She has just finished a year in Dallas, Texas as an OBGYN hospitalist. She is very happy to be home in Savannah and home at Savannah OBGYN. She will be taking over your care in October of this year.
I am going to take this opportunity to retire as of September 15, 2025. I know Dr. Skinner will provide you with the very best of care. I will be moving to Athens to take care of my new grandson.
It has been a privilege to be your doctor through the years. I thank you for the love and support you have provided. I have never had a day I did not want to be in the office. I so appreciate the time we spent together, the tales, the talks, the tears and the laughter. I wish the very best for you.
